Talk to our teamDo I need to set up my own database?
No. Choose a managed database and AcademyLauncher provisions and operates it within your plan allowances. If you want direct infrastructure control, you can connect and verify your own Supabase project instead. Database hosting and AI billing are separate choices on the pricing page.
What can I bring from my WordPress academy?
Start with a migration review. We assess your courses, learners, enrollments, progress, orders and integrations, then confirm what can move and what needs special handling. You receive a plan covering scope, responsibilities, timing and any cost before work begins.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Build your academy around your own domain, website pages and visual identity. Removal of AcademyLauncher branding and other branding options depend on your plan; the pricing comparison explains what is included.
Can I teach live and sell memberships too?
AcademyLauncher supports courses, live workshops, coaching, communities and recurring memberships. Choose the plan and connected services that support your teaching model. Check the plan details for feature availability and usage allowances.
What should I know before starting a trial?
AcademyLauncher is in beta. Review your selected plan, included allowances and provider choices before signing up. The trial checkout explains payment requirements, the first charge date and cancellation terms. Broader AI agent workflows are still being developed.
