Explore Sensei migrationUsing a different LMS or custom plugins? Tell us about your setup.
Review courses, lessons, media, quizzes and certificates. Identify layouts, shortcodes and question types that need adapting.
Assess accounts, enrollments, progress and completion records. Agree how learners will sign in and what history can be retained.
Review orders, memberships, payment providers and ongoing subscriptions. Agree a billing transition before changing the existing setup.
Map email, live sessions, communities and custom plugins. Include your domain, important URLs and redirect needs in the plan.
Start with your website URL, LMS name and version, course and learner counts, and the workflows you need to keep.
Tell us which LMS, version and add-ons you use, including custom setups. We will review feasibility before confirming a migration service. Listing a platform here means you can request a review; it does not mean every feature has an automatic importer.
Mention this in your request. We can assess a separate academy setup alongside your existing website, including domain routing, navigation, login and checkout requirements. The supported arrangement is confirmed during the review.
Each needs its own compatibility check. Progress depends on the source records and available mappings; learner login may require an account activation or password reset; subscriptions depend on your billing provider. Your migration scope should make these decisions explicit.
WordPress themes and plugins do not run inside AcademyLauncher. The review identifies which capabilities are available in the platform, which integrations need reconnecting and which custom workflows need adapting.
Migration scope, timing, responsibilities and any cost are confirmed before work begins. Include your course and learner counts, key integrations and target date so the review reflects your academy.
