The Manage course area gives instructors one place to monitor learners, manage enrollment access, review feedback, and organise classrooms for a course.
Open Course Management
Go to the Instructor panel and open Courses.
Locate the course you want to manage.
Open the three-dot Actions menu for that course.
Select Manage course.
Manage Students
The Manage Students tab lists every learner enrolled in the course. Use the Search field to find a learner, filter the list by classroom, or sort by status.
The student table displays the learner, course progress, access end date, enrollment status, and available actions. Open the action menu beside a learner to:
• Reset Student — reset that learner's course progress.
• Remove student — remove that learner from the course.
Check the learner's name and current progress carefully before using either action.
Bulk Actions
Use the checkbox beside one or more learners before applying a bulk action. The available tools are:
• Add students — search for existing users and enroll them in the course.
• Extend Subscription — enter a duration and select seconds, minutes, hours, or days to extend course access.
• Change Status — update selected learners to Start Course, Continue Course, Under Evaluation, or Completed.
• Bulk Message — write a formatted message for the selected learners. Enable Send to all only when the message is intended for every learner in the course, then select Send Message.
Manage Reviews
Open the Manage reviews tab to monitor course feedback. This area shows the average rating, the total number of reviews, and the available review records. If the course has not received any reviews, the page displays No results found.
Classrooms
Use the Classrooms tab to organise learners into scheduled cohorts. Select Add New to create a classroom and complete the following information:
• Cohort slug and cohort title
• Featured image
• Status: Draft, Upcoming, Active, Completed, or Cancelled
• Enrollment dates and classroom start/end dates
• Number of seats
• Timeline
• Cohort description
Select Save after reviewing the classroom information.
Recommended Practices
• Use search, classroom filters, and status sorting before making learner changes.
• Review the selected learners before applying a bulk action.
• Use Reset Student and Remove student only for the intended learner.
• Keep classroom dates, seat limits, and status current.
• Check Manage reviews regularly to identify learner feedback that needs attention.
