ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONTENT GUIDELINES
Effective date: 18 June 2026
These Guidelines apply to every person who accesses or uses AcademyLauncher, including Creators, instructors, administrators, Students, affiliates and visitors. They supplement the Terms of Service.
GENERAL STANDARD
Use AcademyLauncher lawfully, honestly and respectfully. You are responsible for your account, content, communications, products, marketing, learners, integrations and activity carried out under your credentials. Content must be accurate enough not to mislead a reasonable user about its source, purpose, price or expected result.
ILLEGAL AND HARMFUL ACTIVITY
You may not use the Platform to commit, encourage, instruct, facilitate or conceal unlawful conduct; fraud; scams; identity theft; money laundering; sanctions evasion; unauthorized gambling; trafficking; exploitation; or the sale of illegal or regulated goods or services without required authorization.
You may not threaten, glorify or incite violence; promote terrorism or violent extremism; organize targeted harassment; publish credible threats; encourage self-harm; or exploit vulnerable persons.
CHILD SAFETY
Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to obtain such material are strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities. Users must comply with the Child Safety Policy and all parental-consent requirements applicable to services directed to minors.
HATE, HARASSMENT AND ABUSE
Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten or promote exclusion or violence against people based on protected characteristics. Do not stalk, dox, blackmail, bully or repeatedly target another person with unwanted communications. Good-faith educational discussion of difficult subjects is permitted when presented responsibly and without promoting harm.
SEXUAL AND ADULT CONTENT
Pornography, sexually explicit services, non-consensual intimate content and sexual solicitation are prohibited. Limited mature material may be permitted for legitimate health, safety, artistic or educational purposes when lawful, appropriately contextualized and access-controlled. AcademyLauncher may restrict such material in its discretion.
DECEPTION AND MISREPRESENTATION
Do not impersonate another person or organization, fabricate credentials, manipulate testimonials, conceal sponsorships, run pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, or make false claims about accreditation, certification, employment, health outcomes, income, investment returns or guaranteed results.
AI-generated or materially altered content must not be used to deceive, impersonate, defraud or falsely depict real people. Disclose material use of synthetic media where a reasonable viewer could otherwise be misled.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PRIVACY
Only upload or distribute content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality and database rights. Do not publish another person's personal data, private communications, credentials, financial information or sensitive records without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
SECURITY AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Do not probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission; bypass access controls; introduce malware; interfere with service availability; scrape at scale; reverse engineer restricted components; automate account creation; manipulate metrics; access another user's account; or use bots except through features or APIs expressly authorized by AcademyLauncher.
Do not upload malicious files, send phishing messages, harvest credentials or distribute instructions primarily intended to compromise systems.
SPAM AND MARKETING
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists, misrepresent message origin, ignore opt-out requests or violate applicable email, messaging, telemarketing or advertising law. Creators are responsible for consent, suppression lists, sender identification and marketing disclosures.
REGULATED AND HIGH-RISK CONTENT
Users offering medical, legal, financial, investment, employment, mental-health or other regulated information must hold any required credentials, avoid misleading guarantees and clearly explain that general educational content is not a substitute for individualized professional advice. AcademyLauncher may request proof of authorization or restrict high-risk offerings.
COMMERCE AND LEARNER FAIRNESS
Creators must clearly state prices, taxes, recurring charges, material restrictions, delivery terms, refund terms and the identity of the seller. Do not use dark patterns, hidden fees, fake scarcity, unauthorized recurring billing or content materially different from what was advertised.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
In communities, comments, chats and live sessions, remain relevant and respectful. Do not disrupt sessions, flood channels, share spoilers or private materials without permission, or pressure users to move to unsafe payment or communication channels. Creators must reasonably moderate spaces they operate.
ENFORCEMENT
AcademyLauncher may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict content, disable features, suspend payments, preserve evidence, issue warnings, limit reach, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify affected parties or authorities where appropriate. We consider context, severity, history, intent and risk, but urgent action may occur without prior notice.
REPORTING AND APPEALS
Report suspected violations with the relevant URL, account, content description and supporting information to support@academylauncher.com. Do not submit knowingly false reports. A user affected by an enforcement decision may request review through the same address and should explain why the decision should be reconsidered.
CHANGES
We may update these Guidelines as the Platform, risks and law evolve. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
