ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective date: 18 June 2026
AcademyLauncher is committed to improving access to its platform for people with disabilities. We aim to consider recognized accessibility practices, including relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), while acknowledging that a complex and evolving platform may not yet satisfy every criterion in every feature.
OUR APPROACH
Accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, engineering, content, testing and feedback. We work to support keyboard navigation, meaningful structure, readable contrast, form labels, text alternatives, focus visibility, scalable layouts and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.
CREATOR CONTENT
AcademyLauncher provides tools used by independent Creators. Creators control their course videos, documents, images, page design, live sessions, assessments and community content. Each Creator is responsible for making its offerings accessible as required by law and appropriate for its audience. We encourage captions and transcripts, image descriptions, accessible documents, clear headings, sufficient contrast and alternatives to time-dependent or sensory-only activities.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Some third-party integrations, legacy components, user-generated content, custom themes or externally hosted media may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. AI-generated captions, transcripts and descriptions can contain errors and should be reviewed by the Creator.
ACCOMMODATIONS
If a Platform feature prevents access, contact us and describe the page, task, browser, device and assistive technology involved. We will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative or improvement. Requests concerning access to a specific Creator's course, event or materials should also be sent directly to that Creator, who controls the educational content and accommodation.
FEEDBACK
Accessibility feedback is valuable and will not affect your right to use the Platform. Email support@academylauncher.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a reasonable period and prioritize issues based on impact, severity and feasibility.
NO REDUCTION OF RIGHTS
This Statement describes our accessibility efforts and does not limit any right or accommodation available under applicable law.
CHANGES
We may update this Statement as features, standards and our accessibility program evolve.
