AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND DISCLOSURE POLICY
Effective date: 18 June 2026
This Policy applies to AcademyLauncher affiliate programs and to Creators who use Platform affiliate features.
ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL
Participation is subject to application, accurate identity and payment information, and approval. We may reject or remove an affiliate where reasonably necessary for brand safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind AcademyLauncher.
HONEST PROMOTION
Affiliates must describe AcademyLauncher and Creator offerings accurately. Do not make unsupported earnings, performance or outcome claims; create fake reviews; impersonate AcademyLauncher; conceal material limitations; or state that a promotion is officially endorsed unless authorized.
REQUIRED DISCLOSURE
Every promotional placement must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship near the recommendation or link. Examples include: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Disclosures must be understandable, visible before purchase and comply with advertising law and platform rules.
PROHIBITED METHODS
Affiliates may not use spam, purchased contact lists, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, adware, malware, misleading domains, fake coupons, unauthorized trademark bidding, self-referrals, hidden frames, automated clicks, incentive traffic not approved in advance, or any method that interferes with accurate attribution.
BRAND AND CONTENT
Approved brand assets may be used only for authorized promotion and must not be altered in a misleading way. Affiliates receive no ownership in trademarks or content. All use ends when participation ends.
TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION
Commissions depend on valid tracking, attribution rules, eligibility windows and completed qualifying transactions. Browser settings, consent choices, device changes and technical limitations may prevent attribution. Our records control absent clear error.
COMMISSIONS
Rates, qualifying products, minimum payout thresholds and schedules are shown in the applicable program. Commissions may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, prohibited promotion, tax documentation failures or transactions that do not meet program rules.
TAXES
Affiliates are responsible for their taxes, registrations and invoices. We may request tax and identity documentation and withhold amounts where legally required.
CREATOR AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
A Creator who operates an affiliate program is responsible for its rates, terms, disclosures, payments and compliance. Unless expressly stated, AcademyLauncher is not liable for a Creator's unpaid commissions or affiliate representations.
TERMINATION
Either party may end participation. We may immediately suspend tracking or payments while investigating suspected abuse. Valid accrued commissions remain subject to program terms, reversals and legal requirements.
