AI FEATURES AND RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY
Effective date: 18 June 2026
AcademyLauncher may provide artificial-intelligence features for generating, editing, summarizing, translating, recommending, personalizing or analyzing content ("AI Features"). This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines.
AI OUTPUT IS ASSISTANCE, NOT AUTHORITY
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, repetitive or unsuitable. It may resemble existing material or produce unexpected results. Users must review and verify output before publishing, selling, sending or relying on it. AcademyLauncher does not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, legal compliance, educational quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded material, selected settings, generated output and how output is used. Before using output, check facts, citations, calculations, permissions, accessibility, safety and appropriateness for the intended audience. Human review is especially important for assessments, certificates, admissions, employment, health, legal, financial and other high-impact decisions.
PROHIBITED AI USE
Do not use AI Features to:
Create illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or exploitative content;
Generate or facilitate malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance or security attacks;
Create child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors;
Impersonate a real person, fabricate evidence or produce deceptive synthetic media;
Make solely automated decisions that unlawfully determine a person's access to education, employment, credit, healthcare or essential services;
Infer highly sensitive traits or emotions where prohibited or unreasonable;
Evade academic-integrity rules or enable cheating;
Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or confidentiality rights; or
Circumvent safety controls or applicable law.
DISCLOSURE OF SYNTHETIC CONTENT
Users must clearly disclose AI-generated or materially manipulated audio, video, images or text when omission could mislead a reasonable person about authenticity, authorship, qualifications, evidence or a real person's conduct. Users must preserve any platform-applied provenance, labels, watermarks or disclosures and must not intentionally remove them to deceive.
PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL DATA
Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, private health records, confidential business information, children's sensitive data or other information you lack authority to process. AI prompts and outputs may be processed by AcademyLauncher and approved service providers to deliver, secure and improve the relevant feature, as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Creators using AI with Student Data remain responsible for notices, consent, lawful basis, data minimization, retention and responding to privacy rights. AI Features must not be used to profile or target children in ways prohibited by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain rights you hold in material submitted to AI Features. Rights in generated output may vary by jurisdiction and may not be exclusive. You must ensure that prompts and outputs do not infringe third-party rights. AcademyLauncher does not represent that an output is copyrightable, trademark-safe or free of third-party claims.
EDUCATIONAL USE
Creators should tell learners when AI materially generates instruction, feedback or assessment content. AI should support—not replace—qualified human judgment when errors could materially affect a learner. Creators must provide a reasonable way to question or appeal significant AI-assisted grading or decisions where required by law or fairness.
THIRD-PARTY MODELS
Some AI Features may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers. Availability, limits, outputs and data handling may be affected by those providers. Their terms may apply to an integration selected directly by a user. AcademyLauncher may change, suspend or replace AI providers and features.
SAFETY AND ENFORCEMENT
AcademyLauncher may use automated and human review to detect abuse, enforce usage limits, block prompts or outputs, suspend AI access or terminate accounts. Users must not test safeguards using illegal content or attempt to extract model secrets, system prompts, credentials or another user's data.
FEEDBACK AND IMPROVEMENT
If you submit feedback about AI Features, AcademyLauncher may use it to improve the Platform under the Terms of Service. Whether customer content is used for broader model training will be governed by applicable product settings, notices and agreements; this Policy does not grant an unlimited right to train on confidential Customer Data.
REPORTING
Report harmful, infringing, deceptive or unsafe AI output to support@academylauncher.com. Include the relevant feature, approximate time, output and context, but remove unnecessary personal or confidential data.
CHANGES
AI technology and regulation evolve quickly. We may update this Policy and feature-specific notices. The version in effect when an AI Feature is used will apply, subject to non-waivable law.
