COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Effective date: 18 June 2026
These Guidelines apply to groups, communities, chats, comments, direct messages, live sessions, reviews and other interactive spaces hosted through AcademyLauncher.
RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION
Engage in good faith. Disagreement is welcome; harassment is not. Do not threaten, stalk, bully, shame, dox, sexually harass or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not attack people based on protected characteristics or encourage violence or exclusion.
KEEP PEOPLE SAFE
Never share child sexual abuse material, intimate imagery without consent, credible threats, instructions encouraging self-harm, trafficking or exploitation. Do not groom minors or move them into unsafe private channels. Report urgent danger to local authorities and then notify the Creator or AcademyLauncher.
PRIVACY
Do not publish another person's address, phone number, private messages, financial information, credentials, health information or precise location without a lawful basis and permission. Ask before recording or redistributing a live session or private community content.
AUTHENTICITY
Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, fabricate testimonials, manipulate reviews or present AI-generated media as authentic evidence when that would mislead users. Disclose material conflicts, sponsorships and affiliate relationships.
SPAM AND SOLICITATION
Do not flood discussions, scrape member lists, send unsolicited promotions, recruit through deceptive messages or pressure members into off-platform payments. Creators may set reasonable rules for self-promotion and links.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Post only material you have the right to share. Course recordings, downloads, assessments and community resources may not be copied, resold or redistributed without authorization.
CREATOR MODERATION
Creators operating communities are responsible for clear rules, reasonable moderation, reporting channels and proportionate enforcement. Moderators should disclose conflicts, protect report confidentiality where practical and avoid discriminatory enforcement. Communities serving minors require stronger supervision under the Child Safety Policy.
REPORTING
Use available reporting tools or contact the relevant Creator. Serious platform-wide concerns may be sent to support@academylauncher.com with the academy, URL, account and concise context. Do not make knowingly false or retaliatory reports.
ENFORCEMENT
Depending on severity and history, content may be limited or removed and users may be warned, muted, removed from a community, suspended or terminated. Immediate action may occur when safety, fraud or legal compliance is at risk. Affected users may request review from the Creator or AcademyLauncher, as applicable.
CREATOR-SPECIFIC RULES
A Creator may adopt additional rules consistent with these Guidelines and applicable law. If Creator rules conflict with AcademyLauncher policies, AcademyLauncher policies control for use of the Platform.
