CREATOR COMMERCE AND SELLER POLICY
Effective date: 18 June 2026
This Policy applies to Creators who sell courses, memberships, coaching, events, communities, downloads or other products through AcademyLauncher.
CREATOR IS THE SELLER
Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, the Creator is the seller and contracting party for Creator offerings. AcademyLauncher provides technology and may facilitate payment processing but does not create, endorse, accredit or guarantee Creator Content.
REQUIRED DISCLOSURES
Before purchase, Creators must clearly display their legal or trading identity, contact method, total price, taxes and fees, recurring-payment terms, delivery method, access period, prerequisites, material limitations, cancellation and refund terms, and any geographic or age restrictions. Claims about accreditation, income, employment, health, examination results or other outcomes must be truthful and supportable.
DELIVERY AND SUPPORT
Creators must deliver offerings as described, maintain reasonable support, honor stated schedules and promptly communicate material changes. If a live service is cancelled, the Creator must provide an appropriate reschedule, substitute or refund consistent with law and the published policy.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Creators using recurring billing must obtain clear authorization, disclose billing frequency and price, provide a practical cancellation method and avoid hidden renewal terms. Free trials must identify the trial end date and subsequent charge. Creators may not continue charging after a valid cancellation.
REFUNDS, DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Creators must publish and follow a lawful refund policy. The Creator bears financial responsibility for refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, penalties and taxes arising from Creator sales, except to the extent caused solely by AcademyLauncher's processing error. We may deduct these amounts from payouts or require reimbursement.
PAYOUTS AND RESERVES
Payout timing depends on the selected payment provider, verification, settlement, refunds and risk review. AcademyLauncher or a payment provider may delay a payout, establish a reasonable reserve or request documents where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, negative balances or elevated dispute risk.
PROHIBITED SALES
Creators may not sell illegal, infringing, deceptive, unsafe or prohibited offerings; pyramid schemes; unauthorized regulated services; fake credentials; sexually exploitative content; malware; stolen data; or products barred by payment providers or our Acceptable Use Guidelines.
TAXES AND RECORDS
Creators are responsible for registrations, tax determination, invoices, filings and records applicable to their business and customers. Platform reports are informational and are not tax advice.
CUSTOMER DATA
Creators may use Student data only for lawful delivery, support and properly consented communications. They must protect it, honor privacy rights and must not sell, misuse or export it outside permitted purposes.
ENFORCEMENT
We may remove listings, suspend checkout or payouts, require corrective disclosures, refund affected buyers, restrict features or terminate accounts for violations. Creators must cooperate with investigations and provide accurate documents.
