GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY
Effective date: 18 June 2026
This Policy explains how users may raise complaints concerning AcademyLauncher platform services. Complaints about a Creator's course, teaching, fulfillment, community moderation or refund decision should ordinarily be sent to that Creator first.
TYPES OF GRIEVANCES
A grievance may concern account access, billing, privacy, security, illegal or harmful content, intellectual property, accessibility, child safety, Creator conduct, platform functionality or another alleged violation of AcademyLauncher policies.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Email [email protected] or use an available support ticket. Include your name, account email, relevant academy or URL, transaction or ticket number, a concise description, dates, requested resolution and supporting material. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, illegal imagery or unnecessary sensitive information.
Copyright claims should follow the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. Security vulnerabilities should be sent to [email protected]. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency or law-enforcement authorities.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND REVIEW
We aim to acknowledge a complete grievance within a reasonable period. We may request identity verification or additional information. Review may include account records, communications, transaction data, technical logs, Creator information and applicable policies. We will limit access to personnel who need it and may share information with the relevant Creator, service provider, adviser or authority where reasonably necessary.
RESOLUTION
Possible outcomes include information or guidance, correction of an error, restoration or restriction of access, content removal, referral to a Creator, refund consideration under the applicable policy, account action, preservation of evidence or a finding that no violation is established. We will communicate the outcome or status subject to privacy, security and legal limits.
CREATOR COMPLAINTS
Creators must maintain a visible support method and reasonably address Student complaints about their own offerings. AcademyLauncher may intervene where a complaint alleges fraud, illegality, serious safety risk, systemic non-delivery, misuse of payment processing or breach of Platform policies, but does not become the seller or arbitrator of every Creator-Student dispute.
ESCALATION
If you believe a grievance was materially misunderstood, reply with new information and request escalation. Repeated submissions without new information may be closed. Nothing in this Policy prevents a person from contacting a competent regulator, consumer forum, court or authority where legally entitled.
GOOD-FAITH USE
Do not submit knowingly false, abusive, automated or retaliatory complaints. We may restrict misuse while preserving legitimate grievance rights.
