SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING POLICY
Effective date: 18 June 2026
This Policy governs fees paid directly to 99Fusion Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. for AcademyLauncher plans, add-ons and platform services. Purchases from independent Creators are governed by the Creator's terms and our Refund Policy.
PRICES AND TAXES
Current prices, billing periods, included limits and material restrictions are shown at checkout or in an applicable order form. Prices may exclude GST, VAT, sales tax, withholding tax and similar charges. You are responsible for taxes legally payable by you, except taxes based on our net income. You must provide accurate billing and tax information.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Recurring plans renew automatically at the selected monthly, annual or other interval until cancelled. By starting a subscription, you authorize AcademyLauncher and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, applicable taxes, add-ons and disclosed usage charges.
PLAN CHANGES
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal and may reduce limits, storage, features or access. You should export data and adjust usage before a downgrade. Credits are not cash and may expire.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel through available billing settings or [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Access generally continues through that period, subject to the Terms of Service. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy controls refund eligibility.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request another method, restrict paid features, suspend the account or terminate service after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and authorized collection costs permitted by law. Creators should maintain a backup payment method and current contact details.
USAGE AND OVERAGES
Plans may include limits for users, contacts, emails, storage, bandwidth, AI usage, transactions or other resources. We may block excess usage, charge disclosed overage rates or require a plan upgrade. We will not impose an undisclosed recurring charge.
PRICE CHANGES
We may change future pricing. For recurring subscriptions, material increases will be communicated before they apply, normally from a later renewal date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
CREATOR TRANSACTIONS
Creators are responsible for pricing, taxes, invoices, refunds, chargebacks and consumer disclosures for their sales unless a written agreement states otherwise. Payment processors may impose separate fees, reserves, holds, verification or prohibited-business rules.
DISPUTES
Report billing errors promptly with the account email and transaction details. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or evading legitimate fees may lead to suspension. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer or payment-dispute rights.
