Classroom reports

The Classrooms report shows classroom readiness and learning progress across instructor-led cohorts.

Open the Classrooms report

1. Go to Dashboard → Reports.

2. Select Classrooms.

3. Filter by period, status, course, or instructor.

Summary metrics

The report summarizes total, active, and upcoming classrooms, learner membership, and classrooms needing setup.

Classroom readiness

The readiness view shows classroom status, members, progress, and scheduled sessions. The action panel highlights work such as:

• scheduling the first session;

• adding attendance tracking;

• reviewing classroom dates.

Classroom performance table

The detailed table can include classroom status, dates, members, sessions, progress, attendance, readiness, and an action link. Select View report to investigate a classroom.

Attendance becomes available after the first scheduled session. No data does not necessarily mean zero attendance.

Recommended review routine

1. Review Needs setup before an upcoming cohort begins.

2. Confirm dates and schedule the first session.

3. Monitor progress after learning starts.

4. Add or review attendance when sessions are running.

5. Open classrooms with low progress or missing setup information.
