Configuring Custom AI Credentials in AcademyLauncher

Overview

AcademyLauncher allows users to integrate their own AI service credentials directly into the platform. By adding your personal API keys, all AI-powered features will utilize your own credentials, bypassing any usage limits imposed by the AcademyLauncher subscription plan.

This approach provides:

• Full control over AI usage.

• Access to your plan’s limits directly from your AI provider.

• Enhanced flexibility for high-volume or specialized AI tasks.

Supported AI Services

AcademyLauncher supports multiple AI service integrations. Users can add API keys for services such as:

• OpenAI

• Gemini

• Other supported AI service providers

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to configure your custom AI credentials:

Step 1: Obtain API Keys

Sign in to your AI provider account and retrieve the API keys required for integration.

Step 2: Log in to AcademyLauncher

Access your AcademyLauncher account with administrator credentials.

Step 3: Navigate to Setup

From the dashboard sidebar, select the Setup section.

Step 4: Access AI Configuration

Within the Setup section, select the AI tab to manage AI service integrations.

Step 5: Enter API Keys

• Enter your OpenAI API Key (or other AI service keys) in the designated field.

• Enter additional keys (e.g., Gemini) if required by your workflow.

Step 6: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply the credentials. Once saved, all AI-powered operations will use your credentials instead of the default system keys.

Completion

After configuration, AcademyLauncher will route all AI requests through your credentials, and any limits will be determined by your AI provider account, not the AcademyLauncher plan.
