By default media files are stored in the Supabase storage. If you have connected your Supabase then you can find all the stored files in the storage section. All supabase.com accounts come with built in CDN and image optimisation.
Any image you upload is also automatically optimised upon load.
There is an inbuilt library which shows all the uploaded files by all the users which you can use to search and sort these files.
