The Data & Privacy workspace records, verifies, tracks, and fulfils data-subject rights requests with deadlines and an auditable history.
Go to Dashboard → Account.
Select Data & privacy.
The summary shows open requests, requests due within seven days, overdue requests, and fulfilled requests.
Select Log a request.
Record the data subject and contact information.
Select the right being exercised.
Record the request source and received date when available.
Save the request.
Complete identity verification before disclosing or changing personal data.
Supported request types include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, human review, and consent withdrawal.
Use search to find a person by name or email. Filter by status or right type. Statuses can include Received, Identity check, In progress, Fulfilled, Declined, and Closed.
Select Review to open a request. Record verification, decisions, notes, actions, files, and timestamps as the request progresses.
The workspace monitors a one-month response target and highlights due or overdue work. Portability and access workflows can use machine-readable CSV files packaged in a ZIP archive.
The tool supports compliance operations but does not replace the organization's lawful-basis assessment, retention schedule, processor records, or review of applicable legal exceptions.

Share exports only through an approved secure channel.
Limit access to staff handling the request.
Record the reason for a declined or restricted request.
Confirm downstream processors and integrations are included when required.
