Review active users, storage, email sends, and connected domains against plan limits. A resource at or near its limit may block onboarding, uploads, campaigns, or domain changes.
Use Manage subscription for commercial changes, View plan details for entitlement information, and View billing history for billing records.
In WordPress import, select Start import.
Connect and verify the source site.
Choose the available courses, users, and content to import.
Review conflicts and destination requirements.
Start the import and monitor its status.
Validate representative content and user records after completion.
Avoid launching another import while one is running. Use View migration guide for job-specific guidance.
The Overview reports whether the privacy policy, terms of service, and cookie policy require review.
Select Manage policies to edit and publish learner-facing policies.
Select Generate drafts to prepare starting text for review.
Obtain appropriate legal review before publishing policy changes.
Record effective dates and communicate material changes when required.
Use Manage owner to review the workspace owner. Keep at least two verified owners or recovery contacts where the account model supports it. Review recent account activity and the security log when access or configuration changes are unexpected.
Select Review dangerous actions for ownership transfer, full data export, or workspace closure.
Before continuing:
verify the account ID and workspace URL;
confirm authority and recipient identity;
export and validate required data;
understand billing, domain, access, and retention consequences;
document recovery or rollback steps.
Workspace closure and ownership transfer can have irreversible consequences. Complete their final confirmation only under an approved operational process.
